She has elaborated, among others, an opinion on the issue of communicating commercial information for one of the biggest companies in Poland.
    • Advises on complicated, multi-threaded projects in the new technology law, data protection, competition and consumer protection.
    • Former member of the Council at the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office.
    • Member of the Programme Council at the New Technologies Law magazine by C.H. Beck.
    • Author and co-author of numerous publications on competition and consumer protection law, data protection, and new technologies. Co-author of the book “Digital Services Act. Commentary” published in 2024 by Wolters Kluwer.
    • Professor of Social Sciences in the field of legal studies.
