      Specializes in IT, personal data and new technology law. Has extensive experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs related to e-commerce. He advises, among others, companies engaged in online marketing, including SEM and performance marketing, online platforms, mobile application developers, as well as websites and online stores.

      He serves as a plenipotentiary of the Chamber of Electronic Economy for legislation. He is responsible for identifying draft legislation of relevance to the digital economy, and then creating Chamber’s positions on these drafts. He has several years of experience representing the e-commerce industry in legislative processes before ministries, the Parliament and the Senate.

      Co-author of comments to: Law on the Provision of Electronic Services, Law on the Protection of Certain Services Provided Electronically Based on or Consisting of Conditional Access, Law on the Protection of Databases, Law on Consumer Rights, Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 (RODO) and Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

      Editor of the monograph “E-commerce. A Practical Guide” published by the ODDK Publishing House, which is a comprehensive discussion of key legal regulations from a practical point of view, concerning electronic commerce.

      Co-author of the book “Digital Services Act. Commentary” published in 2024 by Wolters Kluwer.

      He participated in a project commissioned by the European Commission, Study on Liability of Internet Intermediaries, which concerned the E-Commerce Directive.

      In 2023 and 2024, he was recognized as a Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500 ranking.

    • Graduate of postgraduate studies in German private law at Georg-August-University in Göttingen and of the Annual Postgraduate Management Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics;
    • graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz;
    • passed the bar exam with the best score in the Lodz district.
